What Oprah Knows For Sure: New Beginnings

June 15, 2011 by admin / / 4 Comments

“Everything you’ve ever done prepares you for all that you can do and be”

“What I know for sure: Fear comes from uncertainty. Once you clarify your purpose for doing something, the way to do it becomes clear. Let this be the year you release your fears about what you can achieve. Know for sure what you want and be willing to give yourself what you need to get it.”

“Cheers to new beginnings”

          Journal Entry:
  • What fears do you have when working on achieving your goals?
  • Take about 10-15 minutes and truly think about your purpose for achieving that goal and write them down.
  • Once you’re clear on the true purpose, begin to brainstorm on different ways you can achieve your goal and pay attention to your gut feelings for each option and that will give you clarity on the best way to move forward with achieving your goal.

Thanks for the feedback Dawn. Fear can be a very challenging thing to get pass, but it very possible to accomplish. Oprah made a good point about getting past the uncertainty that we all have sometimes and move towards clarity. I personally have journaled through fears and it has been very helpful.

Thanks again for choosing my post. :-) .

BTW-I’m not sure how to access a live session on twitter..Is it through twitterchat?
